Bro.. the 2nd bar runs vertically down all the way.. the narrow tail portion has 2 vertical strips of about the same thickness.. so they are ITs.

Cannot say also..some st hv it tails and some it hv st tails....a long story and discussion has been debated between hobbyist for years now
