1st time keeping AA!

All of them look so skinny...how to pump then up? They are all new in tank, in fact 1st day today!! Any suggestion in their diet?

 Is it normal that they keep staying near the surface of the water as in above pic? I notices one of then just like to "park" at that position but did not see it heD going out of water to grasp for air, which should be good sign right? All sifu please advise...thanks! why don't u read up the altum threads? I bet there is plenty of info. The AA keepers are all in that forum.
