Need to confirm this gar
Hi guys can u all help me to ID my gar ? Is abt "6". this morning my "2" albino oscar is gone .. I cannot even find the body and this guy stomach big big hahaha ....

Alligator gar to me..
it can eat anything that can fit into it's mouth.. two inches fish definitely becomes feeder for this guy.. |

The mouth looks like gator gar. I got 1 sb gator too, very tame in my tank coz it's the smallest in my tank lol.

3" oscar can be a meal for a 6" gator gar also

Should be a gator if I'm not wrong, haha no surprising for a 6" gar to eat a 2" fish. Somemore an albino... Imo gar tends to attack silverish/albino fishes rather then other coloured fishes. Best is not to let the gar eat hungry if not.. Haha

gator gar. short/broad snout
beware.. it grows really fast . and can eat fishes half the size. |
