Default which type more prolific breeder

Thinking of breeding my own feeder fish.

if I have a 8x4x1 FGT in open air, was thinking of throwing some fish there alone and see how fast they multiply.

which type multiply faster? guppy or molly or red fish?

or should I have them all?

Not sure about Molly or red fish, but when guppies give birth, they will eat their own fries.. So you have to monitor and separate the fries right after birth.. Need to identify which are pregnant and about to give birth.. Having a glass panel at the Side of fgt would help you if not Its quite hard identifying which guppies are about to give birth..
Hope this helps

Just provide enough hiding places for the guppy fries to hide in and you should be okay... ... It would be more effective you are able to separate the fries from their parents.
