Nice tank setup you have, only in good condition that shrimps will reproduce, do watch out for the tetra which might eat up some of your shrimplets, provide more hiding place would help.
Anyway, am trying to help my colleague to setup Dymax IQ3 in the office, currently, still cycling, using spiky moss as carpet, while rock at the corner.

Interesting! Can see lots of freshwater clams! Isn't IQ3 abit too small for shrimps? I started with an IQ5, and realised they needed a bigger space so upgraded to 2ft.

Yup yup. The IQ3 is a tad bit small. But since it's in the office, I'd better not start something too extravagant. Hahaha. It's sitting right in front of me, next to the monitor. So can't have something too big.

I'm breeding CRS in my IQ5 at home and they seem to be doing fine. Of course I have 3 other tanks to transfer to should they spawn. It's a very new set up. Only bout 3 months and just introduced the shrimps only last week.

Will the clam shells increase GH? Did you test?
