tats sakura! i like their colour.. is your filtration pump too strong?

i tink guppies are very slow n clumpsy, so shrimplets usually get away.. so should not be a problem.. molly can live with shrimplets too.. as long as they are slow swimmers.

My tank water temperature is between 28 to 30 degree C. All guppies in there on tubi, two meals per day.

I actually requested them for some experiments. Such as shrimp foods testing and algae related testing,

Since I have customized the canister filter for aeration, i cannot reduce the flowrate further due to the requirement of plecos in there.

Usually, in a perfect water condition, shrimps will keep breeding, color at it's optimal, better still, you are able to keep it in the guppy community. Thumb up !!

Thanks. I grow the hair algae for experiment. When I got the cherry shrimps last year, They cleared all the black brush algae together with all the hair algae. I have to buy plants with hair algae from brother to restart my experiment. Finally, I found a way to grow the hair algae in the way to provide hiding place for shrimplets.

Thanks. I feed them with tubi and algae grown within the tank. Very minimum water change.
