this is not amano /yamato shrimp, it should be some kind of ghost shrimp.

Yup, it's a ghost shrimp. With the pincers it can attack the rest of your shrimp.

Best to remove, ghost shrimp will attack even fishes, so your shrimps will be in great danger.
