Crab escape!
Anyone knows how to keep a crab in a 1x1x1
.5 tank? I got cover. But it runs up the HOF and escapes. |

i do not know crabs can crawl up vertically.... |

Why would you need hof? What crab are you keeping? They climb up whatever they can.

Sorry guys, my computer was down, so I couldn't upload photos. This is the setup. I have given up looking for the crab. My colleague and I searched the entire floor of our office on the day it went missing. Still cannot find. |

hmm how big was your crab? able to crawl into the filtration area?
even so i cant believe a crab is able to crawl out vertically.... maybe someone took it? |

Small crab. About 1.5 inches wide? My colleague said he saw it peeking out from the ohf outlet before. Didn't think much about it. Then next day gone. :/

cant really tell from the photo that u uploaded. maybe u can take a frontal view of the tank so we can see how the crab is able to climb up ur HOF?
