Default Rope fish help!

Have a rope fish with white dot cover both eyes, suspecting anchor worms have been using 'Dimilin' and temperature raised to 32c for 2 wks but no improvement has been shown, not eating nor moving just lay still on ground. Bro n sis if u encountered before pls help, thkx.

White dot on eyes seems more like infection or cloudy eye. Anchor worm is normally found on fins while bichir worm is found on the body. Check your water parameters.
