Hi bro kougry,

I suggest that you visit http://www.redearslider.com/index_health.html and read up to identify the condition and illness of your terrapin first. If the illness is critical, you might need to bring it to the vet. Just my 2 cents, hope it will recover soon...

By the way, is the picture showing the tank which your terrapin is kept in?

Can get medicine from pet shops. Pet Kampung, Pet Lovers all these shops should sell. Not sure abt LFS. Do frequent water changes. Is the tank indoors or outdoors? Do you put ur turtle in the sun? They need UVA and UVB.

Also what is ur turtle's diet?

LFS would be best as the sell exact same medication for the price a fraction of those sold in pets lovers.
Any way the eyelids looked swollen, it could be due to the water parameters, whats your water reading for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH and most importantly is your tank cycled?
Another important 1 is what kind of filtration system is present in your setup?

If your turtle is really down with fungus i would recommend "Japanese yellow powder" or "rid all anti fungus".

Here are the pics

Hope it helps, but can you provide more pics close up of the infected area for more bros to advice.

bro, if i am not wrong, these r signs that ur RES has vitamin A defiency. It looks serious and suggest u bring it to a vet asap. The vet is likely to inject vit A into your RES. Will usually heal after few days to a week.
Also, diet plays a huge part. Do give high vit A food to your RES but no point now since they are unlikely to be eating now. As such, a vet is the best bet.
