Your shrimps drop eggs, means that it is stressed. You can take the eggs and hatch it artificially. Take the egss and put it in a little net, then put the net at a place in the tank where it can receive some current. Take out the fungused eggs everyday. Also take note of your water parameters, maybe you can post your parameters, then we help you see whether there is any problem.

If the egg hatch then the shrimplets will feed themselves in there. If doesn't meaning the eggs are a goner and best cleared.

Do your tank have assassin snail?
If yes, they will eat the eggs.
If the eggs is fertilised, it may hatch, if not, then will rot

I guess it is quite common fro them to drop eggs, mainly due to few reasons such as stress, wrong water parameters, sudden shock due to turn on light in teh middle of the night.

I myself have seem many of this before in my old tank, when I just started to go into shrimp keeping years back.

Above is some of my own experience for your reference.

Wish good you good luck.
