Cloudy Eye
Hi All,
The right rim of the fish eye appeared 'cloudy' like human cateract. Is this an infection or injury? Does it need any sort of medication? Or will it heal naturally? The fish has been imported recently, about 2 weeks ago. But just had a fight with another fish about 5 days ago. Any advice? |

This could be due to poor water condition and maybe u can try to do WC and a heater and see whether it helps?
This is what i did to my aro last time when he had cloudy eyes. AF have many experts here who can give u better and more precise treatment. Hope my method helps.. |

Thanks for the advice guys!
I do not think it is due to WC cos' the tank condition is new and the bugger has only been in there for 2 days (now). Is it called Baxter Cloudy Eyes for real? I will try Melafix also. |

bro, does the cloudy stuff float around the eyes ? or is it just white. if it is mucus like, then very likely bacteria infection.
anyway, try changing water as some bro suggest. in some cases, temp higher than 31 with bad water can also cause white eyes. |
