Congrat on your newly acquired little monster. Where is Y618 ? What's the size of your baby monster now ? It can potentially hit 43 cm long, according to internet...cool !

The 2 tiny fahakas are currently comming in a 3ft tank for now because my other 3ft tank cracked! Well they are fighting so i had to put a divider. Once my new 3 ft tank comes, den they will be separted into a 3ft tank each
These are the pics of one of the fahakas with hes crab leg snack lol he can barely chew the legs, so i feed him bloodworms most of the time. This is the picture of the other fahaka. Hes not that camera friendly so i only managed one good pic of him & lastly, this is my big boy fahaka in hes 5 ft tank. Im redesigning the tank to make it fully planted thats why you can see that theres barely any sand inside. Will try to upload pics of their growth phase but as of now, there isnt much different in the size and they have ICH!! all puffers bought from LFS seem to have ich anw lol Seems that the fahakas at yishun n amk have been selling like hot cakes but no ones keeping this thread alive...COME ON POST UR PICZZZ Happy Puffingzzz |

hi shagy, thats alot of fahakas! thats alot of dedication
haha.. i bought 1 specimen from amk, really delighted to see a new shipment. its been 2 years ever since i sold my 10in fahaka to bro tadashi 2 years back due to my enlistment. Its currently housed with my palembang(via divider) till my 48x24x20in tank arrives next week. Have already bought all the brand new equipment, just waiting for the tank to arrive Will upload some pics when its up and......happy puffer keeping! |

saw a few types of puffer at amk today. green and "yellow" puffers. together with some fahaka or palembang.
anyway can anyone advise me on the "yellow" puffer? not sure what they really are. seems like overgrown dwarf puffers |

do you mean green spotted puffers? they are greenish yellow with black polka dots. They are extremely active, aggressive and personable. But their harder to maintain when adult, requiring brackish to almost marine water conditions.
