First 1ft Shrimp tank
Hi below is my first shrimp tank. Please give some advise on the setting and the filiter( is it overkill?)
Detail: Soil : Gex Red Packet Plant : Flame moss Rock: unknown (bought from NA, but owner say it is for shrimp ) Light : 13w PL Filiter : 2 x Dymax OHF ( 250L / hour MAX) Fan : one not install yet (for small tank to use as per seller) Can also please advise me is it better to keep Sakura or CRS with this kind of setup? sakura will be a better option, i think 1 filter will be enough if not the flow rate will be too strong for ur small tank

Sakura for a start is better...
But I recommend cherry shrimp first as cheap and easy to care for |

The rock is nice, very natural. Being alone by itself is good enough. Sakura is prettier than cherries and both are equally hardy.

not really, these flame moss is from my main tank with temp about 27-30C. but they do grow a bit slower.
Thanks for the comment and advise. So should i take out one of the OHF? |
