I like the way the plumbing is hidden, especially the intake.

How's the lighting and CO2 to support the vegetation?

Cheers

Hi Bro

Granite stone? suggest u get it out of the tank, understand it will increase the GH and kill your shrimp.

For a start, I put couple drops of Organic carbon (excel florish), Agrolush and allow plants to acclimatize. Light switch on for about 12 hours daily. When I transfer them from old tank, I also gave it a good trimming, yellowish and dead leaves were cut off allowing the offsprings to shoot from under the rhizomes. .

Need time to cycle, will add more flora and fauna down the road to improve the GH.
I thought many shrimp lovers add granite (from seaview) to decorate their tank of Japanese zen style? Me only put two pieces lah.

I think it looks natural and more so when the rocks are starting to turn GREEN (with algae).

I bought from C328. I went there once but it ran out, than uncle told me to come next day when he will stock it up, and indeed next day I saw so many of them kept in the same breeding box.

Oh, usually I trim my plants in a pail, soak it for a while before putting back into the tank after dripping plant dry. Besides, it is only a couple of small unwanted leave stalks and not the main stem that I nipped off. The most juice (or sap) is the java moss. When I bundled them up in mess wire and placed it in the tank, I can see the green color slowly flowing out of the leaves.

Don’t think is marble, it is a little rough on the surface and I got from Y618 where they also put a large piece in their shrimp tank at the cashier counter. …
