Hi bros/sis,
Spotted this tank. Looks like tigers with stripes but I'm sure they're not tigers.

those look to be some type of damsel or another marine species but they arent S.tetracanthus

I hope they are not that rare, they are in a tank meant for the dinner table. I took the shot as they're quite pretty with the stripes. The shot is taken in S.Korea.
