1st picture:

Clip on fan for small tanks, decreases temperature by about 2-3 degrees.

Clip on light, nothing much to explain, one is normal yellow light, the other is dual light blue and white tube.

-$8ea or $15 for both.

2 Airpumps with air stone ball with tubing.
H9300 and BB6000
-$10 will throw in some more smaller airballs.

HOF, free to person who purchases air pump.

Eden 228 with self-oscillating head 200- 1000L/H

2nd picture,

Air Filter sponge. Small sponges, activated carbon, oyster shells, feeder dish, pieces of plastic things (have a lot more than shown in picture small pieces though), stick on thermometer brand new in packet.
