hehe thks, you have a pretty amazing white cray in your avatar pic too im a total noob actualli, don't really test for water parameters... but i do make sure that the nitrates level is safe. No idea on pH, water hardness, temp, etc etc.

the white clarkii chows on normal crustacean pellets, and will love to know more about calcium stones

bro I'm a noob too! haha how do you test for nitrate levels? and calcium stones(I dunno their proper name), can be bought at C328. They are on the first row of shelves near the entrance of the shop. You put them in your hang on filter to increase the hardness of the water and also to increase it's pH level.

Btw, what you do use to remove the chlorine from the water? For me I use some anti-chlorine product but I heard that anti-chlorine isn't recommended for crays. And do you use mosura mineral plus?

thks for the tips. nope, i don't use either mosura mineral plus nor calcium stones... just a few drops of normal anti-chlorine everytime i changed the water.

there's this simple test-kit which you can just leave in the tank, and will show you the levels of nitrate in the water.
