shrimps are more sensitive to water parameters than fishes...your longest cycling period was only 1week, which i feel was way too short. And did you measure your water parameters before introducing the shrimps?

do a search for more information on cycling for shrimp tanks

firstly bro, you need to cycle your tank for at least 1 month before you introduce the shrimps in. You also need to have a good filter system with sufficient filter medias to cultivate the desired beneficial bacteria.

Magic soil is fine but the 2nd type of soil i presume is black quartz or crystal.
This kind of soil is surely a NONO for shrimps, i dont noe they exact reason but shrimps will not survive in them, tried it many times.

so now you got to start cycling your tank, make sure ammonia and nitrite readings show 0 before you introduce the shrimps into your tank.
