erm... they are not tht weak.. i get cherry mommies all the time and i just treat them the way i treat other shrimps when catching them and they were always fine.. when ppl buy preggies from LFSs the shrimps were already qte frightened and in a bad state rdy.. but they are still fine in the end.
just keep in mind tht the above advices are all good and mine to add is to thow in alot of moss and plants in tht container carrying the mommy! good luck in ur shifting! |

the eggs are maintained by the mother by the constant fanning and cleaning.. if left on the ground of a tank.. itl probably be eaten by planaria or infected by fungus =) put alot of moss is the best.. it neva fails.

Like what many Bros say, keep them in a small container for the time being lor. Most impotantly, you have to use the water from the original tank, this will as far as possible give the Cherry a feeling of same environment, thus lesser stress.
