Expensive shrimp or cheap shrimp. . If cheap shrimp the lighting, drift wood, and canister is enough. If expensive shrimp, additional chiller, alota extra add on like ceremic rings, soil, filter inlet and staff..

Yup..lots of moss and pref drift wood that has crevices in them so they can hide or breed. water about 23-24 degree, 6-8 of lights and feed moderately..

Ceramic rings is for bacteria go grow on to break down the waste. It is normally put into your filter. Even for expensive shrimp, as long as your filter is functioning well and is well established, you do not need biohome. Just like you need not have ADA, the shrimp will still survive fine. NOT everything expensive is the best for the shrimp.

Most importantly your tank needs to be stable, if not no matter what expensive gear you have also no use. Ammonia is a no no for shrimp and that can be removed by having a well cycled tank.

As for a chiller, it would be recommended for a CRS tank. For most other shrimp it is not required.
