Bro, maybe the rest are hiding? Hmmmm, it seems weird that the waters is conducive for the shrimp mama to have hatch eggs but not good enough to support the shrimplets.
Anyway, any changes to your water parameters? Do you dose any fert? And are there any fishes (which I assume is no) in your tank? |

Maybe you can tell us the size of your tank? No filter is quite risky in my opinion.
As for air pump, if it's too strong, you can always pinch the air tube with a cloth peg to reduce the intensity. But this maybe also damage the air pump in the long run. |

why don't you get yourself a 1ft cube? with proper lighting.. and with a eheim 2211 or eden 501 canister filter?
