I will like to let go this 12ftx 12ftx 1.6m pond at $400(this $400 is including one month deposit to the landlord.

This pond come with all fencing, small platform, power point and also a valves outlet that able to lock up all this are done up not more than 5month. due to cost cutting i will need to let go this pond.

take over on 31 Jan 2015
monthly rental fee is $100.
Location is Sungei tengah 96

Max water top up is 1.6m so other then that is all up to you.
