question in CPO keeping

Was looking through some CPO thread and got poisoned,so ibs got 2 pcs from a friend.

I notice the 2nd pic,the CPO's backside is curled,any idea why it is behaving like this?
Im intending to add in plant but what kind is suitable for CPO's setup?

Experienced keeper do guide me with this

i think the curling part is ok. mine does that sometimes also.

for plants wise i think you can't put moss in. mine had a tendency to do some trimming for me

You can put some PVC in there and some nana on driftwood.

wiill go get plant and piping for them

hopefully i have a pair in my tank.looking forward to see it breed.

sinking pellets, wafer pellets, boiled potato, boiled spinach, boiled cucumber, boiled tomato and the occasional dead fish.
