Like what bro koji mentioned, your tank is too small and your HC will rot in no time and create ammonia spike which your shrimp will suffer. And will so many snail it will be worst, as Ramhorn snall poo alot too.

You have to decide whether you want to keep plants or shrimps. For shrimps keeping, usually people will go for moss and low maintenance plant like narrow leave fern on DW. Don't just see plants nice and buy on impulse and put in your shrimp tank.
