can these two get along

a 5 inch clown knife fish

and a 2 and half inch black ghost knife fish?
based on my observation my clown knife fish is quite aggressive with newcomers and territorial too and a few minutes of letting my black knife fish in the tank the two bumped with each other and a thrusting to blow was landed to my black knife fish after seeing that i rushed to the local pet shop and got a new tank for my for my poor ghost black knife fish so i was thinking maybe if i let him grow for a couple more inches he may not be harass and i can let him be in my show tank will that be good idea?. and is my new tank set-up adequate for his growth to maximized?
