Currently interested in keeping a few ITs. Hope to seek advise from the bro and sis here

1) Will IT attack each other ?
2) Is it suitable to keep IT with bichirs, oscar or aro cause i have these fishes in my tank now ?
3) Is IT a hardy fish ? ( need any specific conditions to live in )
4) What's the difference with the number of bars of ITs ?
