age of chiller is 2yrs ++ old?

Bro, I am keen. You bought it in May 2010 from bro SDD. Bro SDD used it for 2 years +. Can I assume that the chiller is about 3 years old? Have the chiller broke down before? Can you PM me your best price? Thank you.
