high GH

anyone can tell me how to reduced the GH for my tank's perimeter without lowering the PH any further and also maintain the rest of my water perimeters?
i did a 5 in 1 test strip and the rest of my perimeters is fine except for my GH which is above 21 GH....

Was told distilled water can reduce GH, but how much water change must i do to bring it down?

Can I use Diamond Water as my next water change since its stated that it removes metals, etc...??
