Looks like blue tiger shrimps. Maybe a hybrid of tiger and blue shrimps?

it is not possible for tiger to cross with blue. they are totally different spieces.

yep totally agree with this... artificial means can produce all sorts of shrimps doesn mean naturally cannot..
