help! i don know how to clear this algae!
i cant seem to clear this algae... i think i had blue green algae before this one... i had to throw away all my substrate and gravel because of the blue green algae... i dont wanna throw my tank away!! please help |

any fishes inside? if no fish..then easy liao.. just wash it clean with PP
otherwise..have u tried the no light treatment? i.e. ensure no light reach the tank.. starve algae ..let it die naturally.. |

I would intro a pleco too....some plecos are very hardworking while some are not..best to get 2 or 3 and put into ur tank....they clear algae real fast........i had a small lil pleco clear all the algae in my 522 in just 3 days.

Bro, get pleco the cheap black type. Really quite effective, trust me.

Agree on the pleco thingy. Just intro about 3-4 pieces in there and they will work their magic. I notice most of the pleco will not be as hardworking if they are solo in the tank.
