Tank : normal 2 feet tank with 3 side black oyama
tank size works, with or without the oyama paper. filter : undergravel paip connected with H.O.B not sure what paip is, but HOB should work.. i used to use only sponge filters, but have since switched to canister. media : bio home 1 small pack + 1 pc japanese mat only never used japanese mat before.. gravel : black silica sand never used silica sand before but most folks here use substrate like ADA, GEX etc. water temp : 25.7'c - max 28'c with running (7/24) 14cm fan IMO, your water temp is on the high side.. 2-3c too high. PH : 6.7-7.0 ph should be fine.. lighting : choosing progress (the lighting used in the photo just for testing purpose) maybe it's just me, but i dont see any pics. water condition : cystal clear (but the photo taken is blur because not yet clean the glass) 'crystal clear' water is great.. but a cycled tank works best. Plants : wish to keep java moss only at the moment since don't plat to invest into CO2 & lighting system most moss don't require additional co2, not just java moss. please refer to the sticky (http://www.arofanatics.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=273035) for more info. keeping fishes together with dwarf shrimps may work if your tank is heavily planted. cheers! |

Your crs will not survive together with cardinal/neon tetra unless it is densely planted and shrimplets will be fish food.
