blackwater storage

Hi, friend passed my a tiny bottle of blackwater which he stored in his fridge. when i got it, i didn't store it in my fridge, it's been at room temperature for the last 24 hours, question is.. has it lost it's beneficial qualities? can i still use it? do i have to store it in the fridge?

i haven't got the instructions for use. do you know how much is needed per gallon?
