Help for small white moving things in CRS tank

I doubt otto will feed on them. At least for my case, my otto just ignore those flea. Not very sure about other otto, mine is a tiger otto.

now the white spots are getting more n i have not feed the CRS for 5 days. so is there anything that can get n put it in the tank,thanks.
