Suitable tank mates for shrimps...
Hi all,
I just got some cherry and tiger shrimps... just wondering if i could add in other fishes like balloon rams, small clown loaches, mini puffers and neons in the same tank (with loads of tanks and hiding places)? Thanks. |

You can put in neons, guppies. I think the mini puffer will eat up your shrimps.

Anything with size that fits the mouth of the fish will most likely to be eaten up by the fish. Try to go for small and "gentle" fishes with shrimps, like Tetra.
By the way, Bro don;t ask Shirmp here. Ask in the FreshWater side. Kindly as the Mod to shift it for you.

Rams a bit aggressive but Dwarf puffers are devils. They pratically bite anything even bettas. BTW Shrimps are DP's fav food....

FYI, during the M'sian flooding....I get thise cheaper green cherry shrimps and red cherry shrimps from some of the breeders to feed my smaller puffers such as DPs or REs (dwarf puffer and red eye puffer).
