Default keeping Galaxy with tetra

i just started keeping galaxy together with my cardinal tetra and during feeding time, whatever food i put into the tank, the cardinal are too fast for the galaxy.

i wonder will my galaxy survive in my tank?
how to u guys feed the galaxy in this situation?

BTW, i have a almost full planted tank.

I have the similar combo, 15 galaxy, 20 Cardinal tetra and 10 wild lamp eyes in a 4ft by 2ft by 2ft tank.

they seems to be fine as i feed them with various types of food such as blood worms, flakes and micro pellets.

thanks for the advice. maybe my Galaxy are still too new in their environment. hopefully, when they get hungry, they will show the animal instinct!!
