Need Advice on Lighting Requirement
lets say...if i plan to keep corals such as...leather, mushrooms, some hammers, bubbles, torch coral...and some green/red algae, what should be my lighting requirement? thanks

My Nano tank is have PL lighting whereas the main tank is having T5 HO lighting ..

ok thanks. think i will go for T5 then it is a 2ft height tank, PL may not reach the bottom of tank.
to be more specific, is it 4 tube of white? or 2 white and 2 blue? or ??? and is 10,000k good enough? |

how big the tank you guys are talking about ??
mine is a 2.5ft tank , with 4 T5HO 2 x 20,000k + 2 x blue actinics ... Doesnt look enough for me tho |

T5 will be a good choice , 4 tubes will do.

Bro, IMO.my suggestion is to go all the way out with 2 x Aqualight CoralBlue and 2 x 10K. Forget about actinic as CoralBlue is really good and definitely good for your coral.

Bro, remember to get HO (high output) ones. 2 feet will be 24 watt, no lesser than that.
