they are filter feeders. Just look out for tankmates that might nip at them like butterfly fishes, angels etc.

TO my understanding, very minimum to bioload. It just needs at least PL lighting and very slow flow.

Not a least concern for the bioload. Filter feeder means that they capture small particulate food in micro sizes. Tube worm is non-selective feeder, they will accept anything whenever they get hungry, so it's relative easy to keep.
Food can be offer to them r phyto, zoo., ground up some pellet food etc

Most angels, butterflies, trigger fish, even some damsel could give problems.
