Chiller
Hi, I've just bought a used Resun CL-280. When I set the temperature @ 25C, it keeps going down till between 21-22C. Is the thermostat spoilt? Hope any bros can help me on tis. Tks

most likely that happen to my resun280 run for a year.
1) i saw alot of condensation than check temp read 18... and chiller still running. 2) disconnect open up found sensor took it out and clean it was coated with a layer of brown dirt. 3) After cleaning install back but after a week same issue. 4) Just nice saw a bro selling away his spare external thermostat Fast hand contract collect that night. 5) Mod and it is running normal That is my own experience with my set. Not saying yours is so. |

Bro you do a search there a bro that did step dismantle. I have took some picture of it but forgotten where i store them.
Basically you need to remove the 4 screw at the base. remove the cover. look for a silverfoil small tub. You should see a wire sticking out. That is the thermostat. |
