Adv needed

I am using Olympus u-mini Digital 4 MPixel cam (know its old model now) to take pics on my fish but the pic always blurr. Any bro can help :

Setting :
ISO400;
Flash remove;
Scene: Behind Glass

Don't know why the red is so red.
