Default Trouble wit 2ft light

Hi guys,

I am having trouble with my 2 ft magnum 2 lights that i bought last week from Kingfisher.
Think there is something wrong with the e ballast as out of the 15 times i switch it on, the lights came on only 1-2 times.
I even tot it has something to do with the switch, so i off the main electricity when i manage to get the light on, thinking that i can bypass the switch. But apparantly it does not work.
Do you think i can go back to Kingfisher to get a change?

Best Regards,
Spencer

Default Wrong forum, however

Maybe you should give Ian a call regarding an exchange

In the scenario when it is not possible to exchange (quite unlikely) and it is a genuine ballast problem, its going to be a big headache as this ballast
is quite unique and hard to find in the market. You can pm me on where to get the replacement ballast.
