The on/off relay seemed not working or stuck in the closed position.
Suggest you take it back to the shop you bought from. hoever, they may not change it as relay can be damaged due to too often on/off or surge in voltage. In this case, you may be able to go Sim Lim tower and get a normally-open relay with same specifications and replace the faulty relay. some simple soldering/connection is needed. Relays are very commonly available but you must know the ratings. Hope info helps. |

That's the problem getting 2nd hand, though cheap, but you never know how long they will last. OF cause new ones can be same too, but you can get it replace if recently bought. Once settle in, should be fine thereafter.
A new 2-guage-solenoid can be anywhere around $80. Someplaces may sell cheaper. Just ask around. Bedok North has a lfs clearance sell now. Check it out in the Commercial Sales section. If cost is concern, take a look at the relay. If it can be easily disconnect, you can also easily buy a relay and replace it from SL Tower. I never bought relays before but for this size, shoul dbe very cheap thing. Compare the cost and your confidence to replace, then make your decision. |

I not electrical train so don't how to repair, may bring to NA to ask e boss to take a look to see whether can be repaired at a cheaper cost. If not then purhcase a new one. Can only do it next month, so temporary reduce e CO2 count to 1 bubble 2 secs.
Thanks a lot eveyone. |
