Okay, this is a rather interesting find I would say.
I was actually trying to release the fry into the main tank and was trying my luck if I can scoop them using my hand.
To my surprise, the fry instead gather at around my fingers and started pecking without fear. It's like as if they are trying to go inside their mum's buccal cavity. They also followed my fingers around.
It seems like "fingers" have been imprinted to them as mother. I tried the same thing on the later brood and the same thing happened.
Of course this is just a layman hypothesis, need to be confirmed scientifically.
Nevertheless it was a fun and surprising experience.

Thanks bros. Bro CCT is right, its a Chaitika aka blue rainbow. Realize tropheus very hard to take photo... they move too fast! They do remind me a bit of cories.

actually them being algae grazers saw the black bulu on your fingers and wanted to feed. next time shave your hand and see if got difference, prove the two hypothesis "Jo the tropheus lao bu" or "Jo the black bulu"
