Life stressful -----> Keep GF to de-stress ------> more stress with WC and fish problem ------> Life more sucks!

My cheapo GF has been suffering from SBD for 3 weeks. I have put in under Interpet 13 + 5% salt + green pea diet for the entire 3 weeks, it merely transformed from:
1) belly up floating to
2) belly up sinking to
3) upright sinking to
4) lying on its side sinking

I can’t really bring myself to cull it as it has been with me for 10 months and pulled through severe ich and tail rot before. But I may not have much choices if it continues this way .

Any bros have any good suggestion to put a GF to sleep in a humane way?

Use clove oil, which you can find in any pharmacy (ask for clove oil), dose one part oil to 10 parts water and slowly watch the fish go to sleep. Don't use your bare hands to stir the solution if not after that your hands will smell of cloves. If it refuses to mix properly, use equal parts of vodka to bind the two together.

After the fish is knocked out (it is not dead), put it in a bag of water and put the bag in the freezer after saying your good byes.

Bro, the way you put it made it even more difficult for me to "execute" it . It is a lot easier to throw it into the rubbish bin if it is beyond rescue or dying, but not when it is still very much alive other than not able to swim properly.

It is really sad, as I have spent many times over the price I paid for this cheapo GF to cure its previous ailments simply because of "gum cheng".
