@Bro Kai Yeah, will do.

Here's a new update on my another simple sula tank.
Based solely on river sand, curly leaves, mosses.
Curly leaves gives the tank a shaded feel.
Enjoy..

Gave them a mossy stairs up as well. lol

Some pics of cardinals, pardon me for lousy blurry pics.
Nice cosy little simple set up. I like the moss stairs very creative . Maybe u can add more rooted plants, provide more cover . Plus it adds a nice feel to the tank, i was looking back old pics months agoa nd i see my plants have actually grown quite a bit .

The females have a saddle showing eggs underneath the carapace but the only way to actually see the saddle is with an infrared light. The outside shell of the Cardinal Shrimp is so dark that you cannot possibly see the saddle without special equipment. As far as using the principle of the other shrimps species, meaning females are larger and have a curved underbelly, does not apply to the Cardinal Shrimp unfortunately. Males and females seem to look exactly the same

above i extract from a blog to share with bros interested in sulawesi
Time to get infared lighting liao! Or if can just buy 10 cardinals at one time than see who breed . Easier hor haha but also more expensive .

Lava rocks will definitely provide good shelter for your shrimps .

Hihi just an update.
Recently, my planted tank's shrimp keep dying, one per day.
Not sure why tho?
There are blood worms in my soil, can see them popping their heads out to munch at droppings.
I see seed shrimps as well.
Horned snails died too but the ramshorn snails are flourishing.
The nitrate level is fine, but my wife recently trim the plants.
Not sure if that is the reason.
Any suggestions?

should I put more floating plants? Or fishes to get rid of the pesky worms.

My sulawesi tank is going good. No deaths for 1 week plus, fingers crossed. I only feed them once a week. I saw an albino cardinal shrimp last nite, hid too fast when I try to take pic.
