Restrain! Do not put in any shrimps till your tank is ready. Putting in fishes to add cycling is fine, as fishes are more tolerant towards some harshness. You can even use BB powder/liquid to speed up cycling.

My 4ft tank is still empty after nearly half a year. Just took out some of the gravel to wash and soak in salt water. Hope this can help clear whatever was causing problems to my tank.

Will re-setup my tank after the gravel is cleaned. May opt for a planted tank instead, and not focus on shrimps for this tank tho I will have some shrimps in it too. Have already sold off my chiller ever since, thus no high grade crs or temperature sensitive shrimps for this tank of mine.

--edit--
Now I'm having a new headache. My canister filter in the office seems to have some air leakage. Air is sipping into the canister, causing the water flow to be inconsistent (till the water stops flowing). It is a Atman CF600. Any bros with any experience?

I thought crs requires water with ph6.5 to 7.2.
You did the water test the first time and the ph6.8. Should be ok already mah? Why still need to cycle some more?

Also can put in mineral plus to boost the water condition.

IMO cycling is to cultivate the BBs that would break down ammonia(produced from fishes) to nitrite and further on, to nitrate. High level of ammonia is toxin to the fishes that's why cycling is needed, although stability of pH is important as well.
