So to put it simple. I need a male snow white now to cross with my female hino. Then cross the offsprings with snow white again to get mosura?

"Theoretically" a hino x with mosura will give you a chance to upgrade to mosura. that's all i know. but the color will fade due to snow white... so base on my own "theory" i might want to cross back with solid color hinos to get better colored mosuras.

but maybe if i lazy, i'll just let nature takes its course . only will remove those really lousy ones..

Not really need a good camera to capture good picture bro. using the right setting and handling you also can capture good pictures of your shrimps.

Good equipment just make it easier that's all.

The problem is my shrimp tanks are in the office and I don't have any housing tank at home to house the purchased shrimps from bros... So what ever I buy liao must have oxygen in the bag to hold sometime for 2 days before I can release into my office tank...

High shutter speed will solve your blurry issue if your focus is not a problem.
