Slice without bones will not have much left
I usually cut it up with bones while half thaw easier.

not sure leh.. cos i have yet to try, worry making a mess of the kitchen den wife nag nag nag..

my fish only around 1ft so dunno if the bones leave intact ok or not..
of cos i could be worrying for nothing

wat is gutted means? for me i took out all the meat n the bone i throw away but for my big endi i just cut into half of the body shape n throw into my tank for my endi

I find anchovies is good for fishes .. But hard to find ... Any bro feeding anchovies ?
