The latter would not be accurate as the chiller's disply temperature is measuring the chiller's water tank temperature (unless your chiller is using an external temperature probe).
Usually will not condensation occur for tank water temperature of 24deg or higher, unless your tank is in a warm location.
Maybe your tank temperature was cooled to 23deg or lower but your chiller shows a different temperature.

i also dunno how to measure the actual temperature coz most if not all of the thermometers i have are not good enough or show different readings. i even have a industrial kind with laser pointing, but also dunno how to be sure it is the correct temperature....

Most bros use those aquarium digital temperature meters ~$10 or those "traditional analogue" thermometers to read the red line

Thanks for the reply bro, saw on their website regarding the filter volume for 2075 as compared to the 2028. Love to see more update on your shrimps

Sorry for the slow updates. Need great effort to take photos of shrimps due to the algae and condensation on the tank. Will see if my digital camera is able to capture the shrimps tonight.

I think my thermostat in my chiller is faulty. Using my laser thermometer I measured the tank temperature to be 23.5 degrees but my chiller shows 27 degrees. No wonder the condensation and my chiller was on non stop. Damn that explains my high electricity bill.

I set the temperature to be 27degrees on chiller and this morning it is still running. My tank temperature is at 24.5 degrees. It only cut off when I set the temperarture to be 28 degrees on my chiller.

So where can I repair the thermostat or I just leave it as it is?

U can buy the probe to replace it then measure direct from ur tank.

U can get the probe at Sim Lim Tower then buy the connector to modify urself. Is very cheap.
