now that they revised peak hours from 6am to 9.30am and from 6pm to mid-nite, my guess is you won't be able to get a cab between 9.30am to 6pm because no incentive for that period.....all day part drivers will just go drive at night.

I take cab only once in a blue moon...tahan in the MRT with the FTs.

These new changes too drastic. Hopefully the rest of taxi companies do not follow. Who knows...the transport minister may step into this issue???

Now elections still fresh leh...he may just want intervene to show papayas care

it is joke to me.. to say that 6pm to 12mid nite is peak hour.. then might as well bus also peak hour........ paint all of them red la...... wah lan.. peak hour charge......

i will boycott them...... i rather use valet then use cab!!

My wife took a cab to town the other day with my kid. And the driver told her there are quite a number of drivers are unhappy about the fare rise. They know passengers will be turn off by the fare hike and at the end of the day when things back to normal , their company will be increasing the rentals. If the co were sincere in helping out, they should have reduce the rental and increase subsidies instead of passing the $ to the passengers.
